Al-Bahath is a directory that connects parents and students with verified Islamic tutors. Our role ends when we put you in direct contact on WhatsApp. All tuition arrangements, scheduling, and tuition payments happen directly between tutor and parent — the platform is not a party to them.
Tutors pay a monthly subscription to keep their approved profile publicly listed. The subscription is charged only after admin approval. If a renewal payment fails, the profile is hidden after a grace period and restored when payment resumes. The subscription fee is non-refundable once a billing period has started.
The unlock fee is a one-time charge per tutor that reveals a WhatsApp contact button for that tutor. It is not a booking, a lesson payment, or a guarantee that the tutor will accept you as a student. A refund is issued only if the number is proven invalid or the tutor account is found to be fraudulent — report it within 7 days of unlocking.
Posting contact details inside requirement posts or comments to bypass the unlock fee is not allowed and may lead to account suspension. Fake reviews, misrepresented credentials, and abusive behaviour are grounds for removal.
Every payment screen requires you to tick a checkbox confirming you have read this policy. We record the policy version and timestamp of your acknowledgment with each payment.
